“The funeral overall went well, and the general staff was amazing. However, there were a few issues with the funeral director. It felt like she was disorganized; she didn't even know the deceased's name and had to take time to look for it. The audience had to yell it out, which was pretty embarrassing and surprising. Additionally, at the end, it felt like she rushed everyone to leave.<br><br>Despite these issues, the overall service was great because of the staff and the preacher, who was quite amazing and engaging. He provided a meaningful sermon and closure. Next time, it would be best to have him open and close everything without her (the director)“
