“Our experience at DeYoung Shoreline was wonderful. My father had nothing planned or in place. DeYoung was very professional and was able to help guide us in the right direction. Everyone was polite, patient, helpful and accommodating. If we had a question we could call or email and someone would be there to help. I was worried with being a funeral home the facility would be dark and sad, but that was not the case. The facility is bright, welcoming, uplifting. A perfect place to say our goodbyes and remember my father with family and friends. Everything was tastefully done. Chou and team made the experience seamless.“

“Visited my ancestors who are buried here. I had left emails and voicemails to let them know that I was coming from San Francisco and would like to meet with the office staff.My messages were not returned. but on the day of my visit the office staff were there to meet me and to direct me to the gravesites. One gravesite was difficult to locate, so the grounds staff called the office staff, who came out with the plot map and located the grave. The stone had sunk down, so the grounds staff unburied it and cleaned the area. They told me they had worked there for less than a year. They alluded to problems the cemetery had experienced in the past and said that they wanted to turn it around and get it fixed up. Both office and grounds staff could not have been nicer to me or more attentive to my needs.“
