“Great gym. Personally I don’t talk with people when I work out and none of the staff of other people working out get in my way or try to chat. But I do see them being very friendly with people just joining the gym or who just want to talk. Like I said great spot and good people. Also it is basically never busy. Like nowhere near 24 hour fitness. There is a squat rack open probably 99 times out of a hundred“
“I recently joined P360 La mesa and have really enjoyed attending classes on a regular basis. The coaches are personable and friendly I feel like they do care about their clients. I enjoy the structure of the class and that coaches will demonstrate alternative exercises. The gym itself is clean and everyone does their part to keep it that way. I didn't know if I would like the whole group workout or partner but I've grown to like it. One of the perks is their water dispenser always so clean and cold at the end of a workout. Another cool feature is the performance 360 application where I can track my weight count per exercise and reps and for being only 1 month I am seeing some progress and also better energy levels. So to me it has been worth the investment I will continue to attend Try a free class and take advantage of first month deal and seek those gains!!“

“Jason is a great! His programs are challenging but they have the perfect blend of weights, mobility & conditioning/cardio. His classes keep you on your toes and works out a lot muscle groups that you might not have considered before. Which in return helps improve your performance in other aspects. “I was searching for a good gym during/after Covid. The gym I was going to a X-fit gym and at first did cross training and circuit training but it was temporary and it went back to offering just X-fit training with the lifting of giant tires, heavy deadlifts,snatches etc..... well it didn't fit my needs. At 60, I don't need to lift monstrous weights or lift giant tires!!! I scanned the web and found Dennis at Wellness Studios of Santee. He explained his group and private lessons to me. I had to try it. Dennis is a godsend, his HIIT is just what I needed and fits perfectly for my health needs. Dennis is intelligent, patient and shows all the right techniques and mix of exercises to help me build strength N endurance!!! Ive lost 12lbs so far and been going for a while now and each time is a different mixed set of HIIT WORKOUTS!! Can't be more pleased with Dennis!!!“
“I’ve been training with Brian and Lehner fitness for close to a year. In that year I’ve dropped nearly 30lbs and lost 5-7% on my body fat. Brian is very meticulous with setting up his daily workout plans and nutrition plans. He carefully researches and plans the best workouts for your body type/fitness level and builds a meal plan based on that goal. Brian’s also a hell of a coach. He knows how to get the best out of you and will push you during that hour you’re with him. “I was looking to get back into a workout routine and needed some accountability and motivation. Going to the gym got boring, and now I know it was because I really never explored other exercises/forms of workout outside of the treadmill. After just my first class, I learned so many new exercises that can easily be done at home. Just 6 classes in, I've noticed a difference in my strength and ability. Matt does a really good job pushing you and gradually increasing the level of difficulty each class. What's also great is that Matt ensures that you have proper technique when doing each exercise (ie the proper push-up, this whole time I thought I was doing it right...). I can also easily take many of the workouts and replicate it at home, and get a very similar workout. I promise you, Matt will introduce you to new muscles you never knew existed! The hour of class goes by so fast and next thing you know you're more than half way through! Matt is a great personal trainer - very knowledgeable and personable! I'm happy to have found a trainer that I enjoy working with!“
“I've purchased training sessions as gifts for others in the past through Groupon, and glad I decided to go for it myself to see what it's all about. Joe & Chyna are the trainers - I'm currently training with Chyna, and she's great! She demonstrates how a particular exercise needs to be done, she helps you with your form, how to breathe, and pushes you to complete the exercise when you're struggling towards the end. She told me about BCAAs for muscle recovery (best thing ever!) and is knowledgeable when it comes to the foods you need to eat that are specific to your goals. I finished 7 of my 10 sessions, and while getting up to train at 5:30am is a struggle, I'm always glad I showed up for myself when the session is over. I definitely need to figure out how to work these sessions into my budget when my Groupon is done so I don't lose momentum. Two thumbs up!!“
“I'm always here at this location, its my favorite in San Diego(even though I live 15 mins away and the closest one to my house is 8 mins away). I never really have to wait for a machine, and it's super clean. I think it's the largest and the staff are always nice and hard working- I hope they get good benefits!“

“Thanks to Melissa at Optimum Condition, the exercise program she designed for me has paid off. I had a bone scan sometime ago and I there's good news from my doctor. He said I don't have to go back on the medication I was taking to prevent osteoporosis. in fact, there's been an improvement in my hip and lower back. I had been taking a medication that I was told I would be on for the rest of my life because of my weak bones. But the exercising has helped me build muscle and strengthen my bones, so now I'm off the medication. Some years ago, I had a stroke. Melissa designed a program that has helped me in my rehabilitation, and improve my strength and balance. She understands how the body works and how it can repair itself, which has been the case with my weak bones. I'm very grateful to her“
