The gym equipment is decently maintained and the floor is overall clean. There is a large variety of machines and equipment to use. Some complaints are in the abs stretching and pf360 room it can get hot and stuffy because there isn't any airflow or a/c in those rooms. Also the bathrooms are a mess on evenings 7-9pm with water everywhere, empty soap dispensers. My husband dreads the men's bathroom and says it's disgusting.“

I've been training with Moises for a year. He customize my training sets that fits my physical status and provides efficient training.
The most amazing part of Moises's training is that I get very effective training without being exhausted the next day.
I squatted 50 lbs, and now squat 185lbs. I rack pulled 70 lbs, and now deadlift 210 lbs.
This gain is amazing and I never feel exhausted the next day, and this is also because of Moises's diet advices.
Moises gives great diet suggestions based on my own meals, ensuring that I get enough energy to train and enough nutrition to gain muscles.
He also always gives good reminders on trainings about the posture and adaptive advices based on your feedbacks.

“The first time I saw Boaz, I had dislocated my SI joint and could barely walk or move. He fixed it straight away and I left his office significantly improved. Unfortunately, I have done the same thing to my SI joint a number of times since and I always know Boaz will correct the problem and make my back feel better. Because of sports and work ergonomics, I also get significant upper back and shoulder tightness/pain. My favorite sports are swimming and tennis and I really want to stay active – Boaz always manages to make everything feel better and keep me moving. I trust in his expertise because he always knows exactly what is wrong and how to correct it. I highly recommend him.“
