“Roger is a great trainer.In joining a gym, I look to whether I can maintain my workout routine at a place for a long and get the desired results. The machines don’t matter as much as the mental motivation I need to go to a place in a routine to workout.Roger opens people up and makes his gym a small community where people hang out and workout together. “The first time I saw Boaz, I had dislocated my SI joint and could barely walk or move. He fixed it straight away and I left his office significantly improved. Unfortunately, I have done the same thing to my SI joint a number of times since and I always know Boaz will correct the problem and make my back feel better. Because of sports and work ergonomics, I also get significant upper back and shoulder tightness/pain. My favorite sports are swimming and tennis and I really want to stay active – Boaz always manages to make everything feel better and keep me moving. “I got into an accident a few months ago and was recommended to come here for physical therapy by my doctor. It seems like they are pretty well known here since I see patients from all sorts of injuries. They have athletes that come here who hurt them self as well as patients that need physical therapy from accidents. When I first got here they started off with a consultation to see where my pain was and the severity of it. The doctors were very knowledgeable and pinpointed what was wrong with me. He said that the cause of my back aches were from these two lower points on my back that was close to my hips. He passed upon it and showed that there was pain there which I didn't knew was there. He said that it would alleviate the pain with some physical therapy and some cortisone shots. After 3 months of physical therapy and the shots I was pretty much cured. They instructed me to do some exercises once their treatment was done and it really helped. Don't hesitate to come here because they know what they are doing. I wanna thank one the girls that worked on my, she was doing the accupressure part and really did wonders. I think that's the part that help me the most.“

The staff was attentive, taught us about the animals, they had us feed the animals, even taught us a little about the English riding style. “This review was a long time coming but this speaks to the impact that Scott had on my mindset about fitness. My husband and I hired Scott back in May of 2023 for a 12 week personalized, virtual plan. In a perfect world, we could have worked with a trainer in person with access to all sorts of expensive equipment but we're both busy and neither of us really like being in a crowded gym. Scott's online training program seemed like it was the ticket. My goal was to build muscle and core strength. I've always been fit but could never get over the finish line of having a muscular physique. Scott helped prepare a program that used what we had in our home gym and that was personalized to our likes and hobbies. I'm a runner and a cyclist. I didn't want to give those up and I didn't have to. He was thoughtful to craft a plan that fit each of us. The dietary plan coordinated by Lexy was a big part of the puzzle, as well. The plan was challenging but not overwhelming and it was nice to have weekly check ins with Scott for the confidence boost and feedback. By about week 8, I really started to see the difference. I don't think I'm a vain person but it really feels nice when friends and family greet you at events and say "wow". Especially being just shy of 40. Since finishing the 12 weeks, I got married ( planned and hosted the wedding), bought a house, renovated said house, watched said house get flooded in a storm, re-renovated it, had emergency surgery, and changed careers. You would think all of this would knock one off the wagon but the knowledge, technique, and confidence I took away from working with Scott really stuck and helped me develop healthy habits and to maintain a focus on the "vision".“
