“Great yoga studio! The schedule is abundant (there are lots of classes throughout the day during the entire week, much better than most other studios I've been to). The instructors are very good and the owner is very nice and reasonable. The showers/changing area is a bit tight; this could be remedied by having a row of open showers (as opposed to thick wall dividers in between) and knocking down the wall between the sinks and the changing cubes, making for a more open layout.“
“Easily the most supportive, encouraging gym I've been to thus far. I already have a great idea on fitness and training but these guys have quickly filled in the gaps with excellent coaching, classes and community. 7x7 has been beyond welcoming and answered every question. They don't let you feel isolated due to skill set and have classes for every fitness level. CrossFit sometimes can have a negative bias towards it but trust me, everyone who works or trains here wants you stronger, happier and healthier. As a primary endurance athlete who sometimes does bodybuilding style training, my fitness and body have never felt better. I plan to keep coming back to this A1 facility month after month and hitting goals. Check it out! Parking is a little tough but well worth it. They also have lockers, a small refreshment fridge and a decent sized bathroom that is clean.“

“SIM is a very unique pole dance studio where you are encouraged to focus on movement that feels good to your body instead of focusing on how you look in your movement (there are no mirrors). This place is very special to me as it’s a space where I can truly unplug after a long day of work and leave feeling rejuvenated. I took their introductory one-week special and immediately signed up to continue classes for the foreseeable future.I've taken classes with Alex, Rikk, Haleli, and Genie and am so excited to have found this spot.It's wonderful because all of the staff are pleasant and wonderful people which has the yogis catch the same positive feelings, the instructions are clear, understanding, and help me maintain my center, and the room has everything you'd need to hop in and get going.I love it here and I'm sure you would too :)“

“The Pad is a great studio! I like it because it is close to my house, parking is relatively easy and they offer many different classes everyday. I feel like post-covid, many yoga studios only offer a couple of classes a day and I appreciate having more options. It is a very calm and relaxing environment and folks of all levels are welcomed and challenged. The teachers range from very good to really freakin' awesome - there are a couple who clearly know their stuff and have a lot of experience to share.“
“came here from classpass and im so glad i did it, probably one of the best yoga classes in my life. chris is knowledgeable in correcting my form and posture and super professional and passionate about yoga and meditation. i really enjoyed the experience. i also love that it's a small class, only 4 of us, chris was so kind he shared with us some food after and everyone stayed behind to chat a bit. i really like this community kind of feeling and can feel that chris poured his heart to run the place, i would recommend everyone to come join the class and rhe place is lovely and cozy :) thanks so much!“

“The Noe Folk yoga studio is a cozy space with welcoming teachers. They have a variety of classes from Power Yoga to Restorative to Sound Bath. All the props are brand new and clean. I like that you don't have to pay $$ to rent mats etc. If you live in the Castro like me, it is definitely worth the hike up the Castro Street hill!“

“Phenomenal yoga studio. I can’t recommend it enough. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Has changed my life.I started yoga 3 months ago for the first time and attended regularly. In my first few weeks Steve and Gary went the extra mile to help me learn the poses and the breathing. I wasn’t able to do the basic poses. My head was full of thoughts and I was distracted and uncomfortable.In just 3 months Steve and Gary took me from 0 to doing the full Ashtanga primary series while relaxed and focused. Besides all of the poses I can now do (lotus, handstand, headstand, and a lot more), I leave each class feeling amazing. My body and mind feel dramatically better all throughout the day. This dramatic improvement would have been impossible without their dedicated guidance and effort.I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience. “I've been practicing yoga with Armando for 5+ years at this point. I love his vinyasa flow yoga -- it's meant for all levels, so there's lots of helpful prompts and hands-on adjustments (if you're comfortable with that), but he also gives options for extra challenges (if that's your speed). It's not "hot yoga", but he has heaters that keep the classes at a nice toasty warm temperature. Recently I've been going to the yoga wall classes. This is a unique experience. I love the feeling of inversions, and this provides a good outlet for that. Yoga poses are done against the wall, against gravity. I think I'm decent at yoga, but the classes kick my butt. It's challenging completely different muscle groups and requires a different type of strength. The classes are very diverse and inclusive. Forget any stereotypes of the typical waifish woman. In class, there's all ages, genders, body types. Particularly for the yoga wall class, I've been impressed by how there is an older/senior demographic, but I realize that everybody gets something different out of the the yoga wall classes. While I'm looking for a core-strengthening challenge, others are looking for a yoga class that takes pressure off their spines, relieve back pain, etc. On nice days, he may occasionally have his vinyasa flow class outside. (He will have updates on his Instagram/Facebook if that is the case.) My favorite routine is to go to his class on Saturday morning, and then get a bite to eat afterwards at Cafe Alma a block away. I can't say enough good things about this studio!“

We didn’t even look to have them enrolled elsewhere because they have always had such an incredibly enriching and exciting experience.Virginie, Lena and all the staff at Petit Pas are incredibly gifted artists who are so passionate at creating the most fantastic environment for children to explore and thrive in all facets of acrobatics, dance, art, creativity and other forms of self-expression.The staff is also super dedicated to the wellbeing of their campers and keep their safety top of mind at all times.I fully recommend Petit Pas if you are looking for your children to emotionally grow and have wonderful experiences! “3.5/5 - Convenient yoga studio in the Potrero neighborhood. Purchased a pass of 5 and attended a variety of classes. I liked yoga instructors Michelle, Zoe and Elise - their classes had a good pace, vibe and poses and they provided modifications to make it easier/harder. The class maxes out at about 10 people comfortably and I enjoy that it's a smaller class but there was one time that it felt tight for space. My biggest knock off the rating is from a morning class I attended where there was a lot of hair and dust around me which was distracting. I'd suggest the studio does a vacuum before each class. Tip: the heater is at the far end of the class (by the changing room) which will blast on and off throughout the class so I wouldn't recommend setting up there if you run warm.“
