336 Woodside Plz, Redwood City“The quality of the instructors and equipment they use here is top-notch. Many of the teachers are physical therapists, and all have a long history of teaching and practicing Pilates, which really comes through in how they deliver their instructions. I appreciate how focused they are on ensuring each student uses proper form in class and how they teach you to understand the mind-body-breath work connection.“
“Great studio, lovely and experienced instructors. The studio is new and very wellmaintained. A great variety of classes ?“

I went from never deadlifting to deadlifting 315lbs, among other milestones.Just trust the process with Charles and you'll be amazed with the results.“

1748 Laurel St, San Carlos“I've been to a few places in the San Carlos area for massages and without a doubt Jaire is the best. He seems to know how to apply just the right amount of pressure and find those knots - he even finds ones you didn't even know you had :) He's also a very calming person so it's just a pleasant experience all around. He's located in a day spa so there a nice massage table and soothing music. And another thing I like, unlike other places I've been to - if you feel like talking, he's very nice to talk to, but if you want an hour of silence, he's good with that too. But, most importantly, you can tell he's very experienced in what he does and he takes his work seriously. Definitely recommend!“

158 Hamilton Ave, Palo Alto“Great yoga place with good instructors.Compared to the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Vinyasa yoga class seems to be bit more focused on power and balance with lots of poses, than flexibility and staying in challenging poses for long. This is not a negative thing though, just a fact to be aware of.I loved that they keep room worm even for non-hot yoga styles, This is a completely expected thing for a good yoga place to do. Even though it feels harder working out in the worm room for beginnings, keep an open mind, and soon you'll feel how much warmness helps your body not to lose heat and be a bit more flexible.“

360 Leland Ave, Palo Alto“25 years ago, I injured my foot while playing beach volleyball. To this day, it is incredibly painful to get my foot into or out of a ski boot. Xrays showed no break, but doctors couldn't find a fix. Although I sought Jenn's help today to improve my flexibility and posture, she amazingly improved my range of motion in my toes in 10 minutes. She gave me exercises to perform daily and I expect to have full range of motion very soon. Thank you, Jenn! You are awesome!“

309 8th Ave, San Mateo“I've attended their prenatal yoga class throughout my entire pregnancy. Each session not only teaches you how to adapt your practice to your changing body but also imparts valuable coping mechanisms for labor. The instructors bring their unique flow to each class, making every class interesting. It's also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other pregnant women and share experiences. I highly recommend this prenatal class for anyone looking to support their body and feel good throughout pregnancy.“

4546 El Camino Real, Los Altos“Aska is a very patient and helpful yoga instructor. She has come to my home (prior to the coronavirus pandemic) and provided wonderful in-person instruction, tailored to my goals, ability level, injuries and energy level on that particular day. Since the shelter-in-place order, we have done a 1:1 session virtually, that was extremely helpful. We needed to make sure that my computer video camera was placed properly, but once we did, she was able to see me just fine. I was amazed with the most minor of corrections she was still able to give me with my body placement, even though we weren't together in-person. She again was able to provide an excellent, tailored experience to my needs. Highly recommended!“

Whoever designed their aesthetic gets it. The service was top notch. The selection was awesome. Got a few items which weren't cheap but totally worth!“

1528 S El Camino Real #200, San Mateo“Good studio. Those who leave bad reviews based on things like parking, thick accents, and strict teaching style are likely people who had certain expectations coming in plus are not experienced in bikram. Bikram's extremely difficult, forcing you to climb a real endurance mountain and face your mental self doubts constantly for an extra long period of time compared to other disciplines. Those people don't belong in such environments and are not athletes who persevere, they're nothing but complainers. Use discretion while reading reviews! I was welcomed and challenged and that's what I came for. I'd say the heat was too high/congested.“

“I visited peacebank yoga today for the first time, and even though I’m not a yoga enthusiast, I was blown away by the class taught by Jen Lo. This was such a meditative practice and her calming words throughout the session, made the 75 minutes melt away. She incorporated chanting and music, which made the class feel all that much more special. I feel so grateful to have the studio near my house and will definitely return to her next class.“
