Modern facility, new equipment, super clean, super welcoming, and an incredible staff that take the time to treat you as a person rather than just another patient. They explain your issue, the treatments they'll use (and what those treatments do to help) and partner with you to get you back to your health and fitness goals. I used to go to their location in Beverly Hills but this one is much larger, tons of parking, and a dedicated gym area. Also great for group fitness classes if you're into that. I would (and have) recommended Evolution to everyone, and everyone I know who's been here (spouse, friends, coworkers) all rave about it as much (if not more) than me.“

117 W 5th St, Long Beach“I recently started going to this gym and so far I love it. The parking structure is right next to the building making it convenient. From the moment you walk it, the atmosphere drives you feel motivated. Great staff and the music's nice. I personally trained with one of their trainers named Caleb Bailey. He knows a lot about nutrition and how to target muscle groups. He even made a nutrition plan for my desired goal. I'm finally starting to see results! He not only makes you feel welcomed but, he never makes you feel bad about yourself. He's that gym bro that you want training with you. There's also plenty of clean equipment not just for weightlifting but for combat sports as well. This gym has a lot of protein snacks and drinks. Overall, I love this gym and will continue training here with Caleb.“

4720 E 7th St, Long Beach“I've been training Muay Thai for a few years now and this is one of my favorite gyms I've trained at. The gym is small but it doesn't affect the quality of training at all in my opinion. Coach Gerson and Coach Anthony AKA "Frog" are very knowledgeable and you can tell they take a lot of pride in teaching good Muay Thai technique. I've learned a lot of new techniques at fight solutions and can say my Muay Thai has grown a lot training here. This gym is a very close knit group and I'm proud to be apart of it. I feel blessed to live right next to this gym. Being able to walk 5 minutes to such a good gym is awesome. Thank you Fight Solutions HQ! -Chris W“

4101 E Olympic Plaza, Long Beach“First off, this gym is beautiful and is in a very convenient location for me. The equipment is very nice and the place is kept very clean. I saw a lot of reviews about the lockerrooms but I havnt seen any issues with these facilities. The only issue I've had with them is there is a lack of locker space available. Every other visit i do not have a locker available. The cost of this gym is quite high when compared to other gyms in the area. If the price was lowered I would say this place is 5/5 stars. One other thing is that there is a lack of deticated resistance workout equipment. If the gym is super busy you might have to wait a bit for the equipment you want to use that day. Personally I've never had to wait for than a couple minutes for a machine but I don't go during typical busy hours. This gym has a LOT of classes and if that's what you're looking for I would highly recommend this gym. Overall this gym is great, clean, good equipment, and has a comfortable atmosphere. It just needs a lower price for membership.“

4403 Torrance Blvd, Torrance“During the pandemic, I was looking for a fun activity that would be good for my health. I was drawn to Pamana Kali because they had online classes and they take a well-rounded approach that includes practical application, art, and culture.
Guro Alvin, the founder, is a patient teacher that emphasizes practical application. He focuses on fine tuning simple techniques that work in live scenarios. He also structures his lesson plan in a way that facilitates neuroplasticity by constantly introducing new motor patterns during the exercises. This makes class a challenge after a long work day, but it's good for the ol' noggin!
Kuya Eli is the instructor at the Long Beach location housed within Kubo LB on Atlantic Ave. The classes are small, which leads to lots of helpful individual attention. We mix it up and practice kali, silat, illustrisimo, and more. Kuya Eli is on the younger side and teaches with enthusiasm and humor, making the learning environment playful as well as challenging.

The staff are friendly and the lockers room are okay, only bother is there could be some homeless or weirdos but that’s on a rare occasion. I do have one complaint and that’s some of the machines they are broken and take a while to be fixed. The ones I can name top of my head are the two leg curl machines and the two stair master. Hopefully they get fixed in the remodeling process.“
