Personal one on one training with Shain has worked wonders!! I've done one month so far and I've had an overall improvement(I'm handicapped I walk with a walker) more movement in my non-dominant arm, have improved on my dependency for walking without my walker. + MANY more personal goals achieved!! Definitely recommend!!!

I am a busy business owner and single parent who doesn’t have a lot of personal free time. Before I started this program I was worried it wouldn’t fit in my schedule and I would fall off like I do with every other program I tried, but I was really determined to make something stick for myself and my health overall.
