The staff are polite and very knowledgeable and the gym has a ton of options for working out. My favorite part is that it’s open 24/7 so I can workout around my odd work schedule.“

“This is the best gym in the South Bay! The owner, Pete, cares so much about the people who visit his gym and puts a lot of attention to details like having fresh clean towels available for everyone and clean equipment. All the trainers are highly qualified, motivated, and fun! Every time I’m there I feel so happy and welcome! They are all so encouraging and it’s the kind of gym where you truly feel like family! 12/10 recommend!“

“I’ve been coming to 9round for about 2 months now. I decided to start looking for some sort of fitness due to weight gain. I choose not to go to a gym since honestly I’m not sure how to get started! I tried out other places like cross fit/cycling trials but didn’t really like it. When I came to 9round I immediately liked everything! From my first session to the trainers! The trainers are all so friendly and nice. They tell you how to do the stations and tell you how to correct it if you’re doing it wrong. Another thing is how efficient they are at getting the next station ready for you! They clean up the station for you so it’s ready for us. Ever since my 2 months here at 9round I lost about 15 pounds! My cloths fit better, and old cloths that use to be tight fit nice! My friends and even barber noticed a difference! :)“

“I spent weeks looking for a in-person prenatal yoga class on the Westside and I had deemed my search unsuccessful until a good friend referred me to Natalia. What a blessing it has been! ?? The core memories I've gathered since joining this wonderful group of moms are moments I'll never forget. Natalia is not only a very knowledgeable and warm instructor, she always takes the time to assess everyone's posture and movements and thus, adjusts accordingly. The setting and wonderful view couldn't be more conducive to relaxation and focus, everything that an expecting mom needs. I was so happy with the strength work I did in these prenatal classes that I am now continuing with the sessions tailored for postpartum. A true gem of an experience!“

“We just finished our third training session with Tracy for our dog who was experiencing trauma from a cat attack. Over the course of about three months he's improved not only in the area of confidence in taking walks again, but Tracy also leaned into helping other areas of struggle such as leash walking. Having her there to chat through, demonstrate, and be there to advise as my husband and I tried different techniques really helped! I highly recommend working with Tracy, she has a wealth of knowledge and taught with an empathetic approach to understand our boy better.“

“Love F45 Hermosa Beach. I have tried going to the gym for years but have always had trouble with consistency. The F45 classes make it easy to exercise as there is a set workout that is always different which keeps it interesting, but more importantly it is fun!! No more having to force myself to workout. “Fantastic results with Angelina!! I've lost 25 lbs and 4 inches off my waist going from a tight size 28 jean to size 25 during my first program with her. I've signed up for a second and I am looking forward to continued progress and trading fat for more muscle. She takes care to make sure your form is on point, protects you from injury, and provides sunshine and brightness to your day. When traveling I've also found the remote sessions she offers to be effective. “I can't say enough great things about Chess fitness. Jen works with many professional athletes; however, it didn't matter to her that I wasn't one. I started at Chess Fitness around my 50th birthday. I was struggling to lose weight due to hormonal changes and was very frustrated about my overall health. I tried many things but was limited by a bad knee and shoulder. Jen fixed both injuries, modified my diet, and inspired me to get healthy. I have been with Jen and her team of trainers for seven years now and have never had the same routine twice, so the workouts are never boring! We work on strength, cardio, balance, coordination, flexibility, and mobility. They also have red light therapy and massage therapy provided by Stephanie (her massages are awesome!). The best part is that Jen and her trainers push me out of my self-limiting mindset, challenge me to better myself, and cheer me on when I succeed.“
