“We had a leaky roof after the recent storm on September 1st, 2023. Called a few roofing companies, a couple showed up and inspected the roof next day. One gave me a very expensive estimate, one did not even send me an estimate. That roofing company wanted to reroof my whole house and was not interested in repairing the leaky area on the roof. A couple did not even called me back or emailed me back since they were busy or not interested in roof repairs. I called Ryan at Alcantara Roofing, he showed up within a couple of hours, inspected my roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that same night. I signed his estimated contract and gave him the job same day. “Rik did a full replacement of our tile roof. His told us exactly what it would take to do the job and his price was fair. He does the estimates and bids himself so he's not paying clueless salespeople who waste your time and pad the bill. And if he tells you something needs to be done, take his word for it. He and his guys removed everything from our roof, replaced damaged wood, then installed flashing, 2 layers of underlayment and all the other necessary stuff. And then the tropical storm hit. No leaks even without the tiles so we know it's a solid job.
