There is no question that this company is five star! Kevin, the owner, did an outstanding job. He was professional, thorough and extremely detailed. I also have to say scheduling was simple and the customer service was excellent. It is really nice when the owner of the company comes out to do the job! There is something to be said about that! If you ever need a professional these are the people to call .. I've never seen anyone take so much pride in their work .. they where fast informative and extremely reliable .. extremely meticulous about doing it right I'm happy with the work they performed if I can give them a hundred stars I would but I'm only allowed five .. thank you Everyone at xl hot mop especially Kevin who was the main man of the operation ...million thanks ..
