“Dil’s installed our roof for solar panels when we did an addition to our house about 12 years ago. The solar installers had the wrong standoffs so they corrected an error in a timely manner. During the work, it rained heavily before we were water tight. Early that morning the crew called and came to inspect. There was a leak but it was from stucco work. However they wanted to take the opportunity to check their work against the elements proactively. Every couple of years we call for an inspection and repair to insure our roof is sound. We believe strongly in preventive maintenance. They work with our calendar and explain all their recommendations in detail and offer options. “Rik did a full replacement of our tile roof. His told us exactly what it would take to do the job and his price was fair. He does the estimates and bids himself so he's not paying clueless salespeople who waste your time and pad the bill. And if he tells you something needs to be done, take his word for it. He and his guys removed everything from our roof, replaced damaged wood, then installed flashing, 2 layers of underlayment and all the other necessary stuff. And then the tropical storm hit. No leaks even without the tiles so we know it's a solid job. Now that it's done we're really pleased with the look and confident that we won't have to think about the roof for a long time.Services: Attic venting“

“We had a leaky roof after the recent storm on September 1st, 2023. Called a few roofing companies, a couple showed up and inspected the roof next day. One gave me a very expensive estimate, one did not even send me an estimate. That roofing company wanted to reroof my whole house and was not interested in repairing the leaky area on the roof. A couple did not even called me back or emailed me back since they were busy or not interested in roof repairs. I called Ryan at Alcantara Roofing, he showed up within a couple of hours, inspected my roof and gave me a reasonable estimate that same night. I signed his estimated contract and gave him the job same day. He showed up exactly when he promised and did a great job fixing my leaky roof exactly when he promised.Ryan is a great professional and is very experienced in repairing roofs. He is also a nice person to chat with. We are so glad we found Ryan. Ryan will be the roofing company when I have to reroof my whole House later. You will be lucky to have Ryan come and fix your leaky roof or reroof your whole house.“
