“Wow! What a great experience we had with this Company! We had a 50 year old shake-shingle roof replaced. The Cowboys were at our home at 7:00 a.m. and left at 7:00 p.m. everyday. On the third day, with predicted rain, they brought in the calvary mid-afternoon and the crew secured the paper down just in time. The whole job took 5 1/2 days to complete. From start to finish they were wonderful to work with as the workers seemed to take pride in their work. All the workers had great attitudes. They insisted that we do not clean. They cleaned at the end of each day. Mike, the superviser, was present for any questions or concerns. We had a gigantic skylight which they handled carefully. “We had been contemplating a Foam Roof System for some time. After the summer and the heavy rains in 2019, especially here in Valley Center, we knew our 25 year old flat tar and gravel roof was done! We called Cool-Roof Systems and Will, who ultimately was our Project Manager, came out to walk the roof and give us a quote. My husband a retired Contractor/Builder, had every question imaginable ready for him! However, Will understood exactly what his/our concerns were, was able to answer all the questions plus give us confidence in Cool-Roof Systems application and product. Will is a major asset at Cool-Roof Systems, I must say! At the time we signed the contract our wait time was 4-6 weeks. However, due to one of their jobs postponing, we got a call from Will, and our job bumped up to less than 2 weeks from signing. The crew, Joe, Kevin and Wiley were fantastic. “Solar output only 50%. Solar installed 2015, but output dropped in 2020 after I researched it.. Back in Oct 2022 I contacted Secure Roofing regarding my solar issue. I received an initial response, but then I felt like I was being ghosted. I read many similar reviews to my experience and got worried I was going to be out of luck getting help. I was dealing with Nick. Once I was able to fully speak to Nick, I realize he was drowning with a ton of solar issues. Instead of being a pissed off customer I decided to try a different approach and work with him instead of fight him.. Nick told me all the steps that had to be followed with LG in order to process my claim. Made total sense. So instead of getting mad at Nick I would ask him how much time would he need at each step. He would tell me when he could get back to me. I noted it down and waited. Every time Nick said he would get back to me, he did. Nick also sent out two very knowledgeable people to assess my Solar. Jimmy and Ben were fabulous. Six months later I have new solar panels that are cranking out the electricity. I have to say if you take the time to work with these people, they are good people. It took six months to resolve my issues and I have nothing but great things to say about the three gentlemen I worked with. Thank you for all of you help. Be patient with them. They will help you, they are just super busy.“
