We did not know what we wanted- only replace the furnace, the furnace, and the 24-year-old air conditioner simultaneously, or get a new heat pump. “Our experience with All City Plumbing and Air was Louie was so professional yet friendly. He initially came in for furnace tuneup. However, he showed me the current state of my hvac system which was allegedly changed by a previous contractor. Unfortunately, this was not the case and the systemwas leaking and since it had previously caused water damage we decided to rip it out. Louie showed us our options and we decided to do an entire rehaul including ducts. The next day he and the crew came out to start the job. He also just correctly diagnosed and quickly fixed a wiring issue with my hvac that the warranty company incorrectly diagnosed. His prices are fair and reasonable and he does exceptional work and is also a pleasure to work with. When it was very hot he went out of his way to get our reducting project done in one day instead of 2-3 that it normally would take by hiring a larger crew, without charging me more for that.
