“I hired Pacific Coast Roofing for rain water leaking into my bathroom. They came and inspected my roof the day after I called. Mike found that the lead flashings cracked allowing rain water to leak in. Brian sent his guys over to complete the work and the attention to detail these guys have is truly amazing! While removing the tiles they found wood that was dry rotted and needed to be replaced. Some of the wood was painted so Leo asked me to get paint so that they could paint the new wood before installing so that it is all color matched. They also resealed my skylight and all the joints to the walls and vents. Once the roof was completed they cleaned out all my gutters as well. They work fast! Arrived by 08:30 and left around 15:00. I basically have a brand new roof now thanks to PCR and can have sum peace of mind for the next rainy season. Once the work was completed I received a PDF file in my email with about 40 detailed pics of the process and what all was done. “Sergio roofed our house 2 years ago. We have a high two story with different rooflines and high ceilings. He and his crew were remarkably fast and efficient. We never knew when they were on the roof because they worked so quietly we only saw them when they passed the windows to come and go. Sergio is knowledgeable, easy to work with and gives fair prices for everything he does. He also replaced a large leaking plastic skylight which he thought should be replaced with glass because it would last 'forever.' He even picked it up for us since we don't have a truck. “Called for Jay's Roofing but Mr. Ramos picked up and explained that Jay has retired and has forwarded his calls to him cuz they are friends. So he gave me an estimate which was the lowest out of two other highly rated roofers on yelp. I was hesitant but Ramos Roofing simply offered a lot more at a lower cost. I am glad I made the right choice. Mr. Ramos was very professional and did everything he promised. He took out the old roof which had 5 layers, install new plywood cuz I didn't have any, install new felt and Landmark pro shingles, install new gutters, took care of dry rot, and many other things. His crew did a great job, efficient and skilled. They completed the task in five days, which is pretty amazing considering the amount of work to do. Big thanks to Mr. Ramos!“
