S'top Roofing company came in and replaced the old shingle roof on my craftsman home. They were timely, respectful (especially of the neighbors), cleaned up well, and did a solid job. They found areas that were rotted and needed additional fixing and as I was there, was able to confirm that indeed it was the case. They didn't go overboard, and their prices were extremely reasonable. They were experts in their craft as they angled some areas on the roof so that the water would drain towards the downspouts vs staying in the middle. I had some plumbing work done in January 2020 that compromised my lightwell. I had no idea until it rained last weekend and saw my new plumbing leaking from the lightwell into my garage. The plumber wanted nothing to do with it, so I started calling roofers. Roofers in SF are so busy that many don't even answer their phone, the answering machine just explains that they are booked through the summer. I'm so happy that I called S'top Roofing. They are also very busy, but they answer their phone and they took the time to come out and assess the situation.
