He had to replace just about everything except the inner workings and had to do some research on where to get the parts. He saw my veteran's hat and voluntarily offered me a military discount. “These guys are calm, respectful, genuine, and communicative. I had a power supply issue, they quickly tracked it down to the issue pretty quickly, and realized to fully fix I would need the manufacturer. But they gave me extra equipment to BORROW to circumvent the problem in my PC so I can use it as normal until I decide what to do. They were very patient until I took my time and called back with a decision of how to proceed, when I decided to just buy the part they leant me rather than have a dell technician work on the PC. It is clear they care about their work and clients, and the cost wasn't bad at all.“

He has worked on my old computer and printer and now my new Dell Inspiron 17 laptop since June, 2018. This spring I purchase a new HP printer and had trouble setting it up and he came and took care of it.
