“Matt and the folks at User Friendly Computing are just that: friendly and super effective at repairing computers. I am self-employed and rely on my laptop for work and was nervous there would be downtime while I got it repaired. Matt took my computer in on Friday and made a same day assessment of what the problem likely was. He called and explained to me his process and what he thought the likely culprit was. He then ordered the part which arrived on Saturday and the computer was ready to go on Monday. Super fast turn around, super welcoming staff. These guys are awesome.
