Matt and the folks at User Friendly Computing are just that: friendly and super effective at repairing computers. I am self-employed and rely on my laptop for work and was nervous there would be downtime while I got it repaired. Matt took my computer in on Friday and made a same day assessment of what the problem likely was. He called and explained to me his process and what he thought the likely culprit was. He then ordered the part which arrived on Saturday and the computer was ready to go on Monday. Super fast turn around, super welcoming staff. These guys are awesome. I will surely be a returning customer.

Peter is amazing!! I was so lost with my tech and had no idea where to start to keep all my digital files and systems safe and Peter came in and rescued me. Every time I have a printer, scanner, or computer problem, Peter is helpful, friendly, efficient, and always solves my problem. I am so grateful to have Peter as a resource!!

Peter was great! We had an issue trying to send a WIFI signal across property. He came out and diagnosed the issue as some bad hardware. Peter ordered the new parts and up and running for several weeks now without one issue. What I appreciate most is Peter showed me what I needed from Amazon and gave me the option of purchasing or him to purchase. But NO added mark up like most businesses would do. He is not only very capable, but also very fair and not looking to price gouge. I would highly recommend User Friendly Computing. Great guy and great service.
