My windows laptop wouldn't boot. I called Beckett PC Solutions and received a very quick response to my phone message on a Sunday morning. Will made some suggestions before I took my laptop to him, and the issue was fixed over the phone in just a few minutes. Will is very skilled, patient, and friendly, and he explains steps clearly. He definitely will be my go-to computer repair person from now on. Simply the best customer service ever!

Will is a Unicorn in the computer repair business. He has all the talent and skills one could hope for without the " hipster attitude " so prevalent in the computer repair arena. He has done several small jobs for me and he always does them in a timely manner and the rates he charges also impress me for their restraint. Personable and knowledgeable and flexible round out the complete package. Well worth the drive to Aptos to have him put your computer back in the running with zero drama or stress.
