One service called about ten AM-said they MIGHT be able to be there some time in the afternoon. PLATINUM called me shortly after eight AM-said they could be to my home between nine and nine thirty. “ProStar has serviced the 5 boilers at our Harbour Vista HOA since 2021. The crew is professional, they respond promptly and will attend to emergency situations any time, 7 days a week. Recently we had a failed boiler causing 40 home owners to be without hot water. ProStar was able to quickly locate a new Raypak replacement boiler, and expedited the overnight shipping from Northern California. The ProStar crew worked feverishly to prepare the servicing area so it was ready to receive the boiler the minute it arrived. They took receipt of the boiler at 8 AM in the morning and by 3:30 that afternoon it was up and running and delivering hot water to 40 happy customers.“
