Joshua C. Came to service our water heater today. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He explained things in great detail in words that we understood. His is very professional and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Joshua C. For any plumbing you may need! He's awesome! Any future work that maybe needed we will be calling him fore-sure!
Had Lary Lewis Come by for my annual check and thank god he found that our pump for the water heater has not been working. Well that explains a a lot. Lary was beyond courteous with our entire family as he had to come in and out. Even the dogs liked him. So that's a good sign. Thanks as always NORTHSTAR. Appreciate all of your help when we built the house. And now for keeping it in shape. Please make note to send Lary back when we need service.
