Steve came out and serviced my water heater today. He was very kind, honest and knowledgable. He took his time to explain what he was doing and did a great job! I'm very grateful and would definitely recommend him! Thanks!
Highly recommend liquid plumbing. I had an issue with my kitchen sink and needed immediate assistance. Spoke with Laura, she was very helpful and kind. She was able to send me a plumber to get my issue resolved.. I would definitely be using them if needed in the future!
This is the latest encounter with LP through Fidelity National Home Warranty and it was for a water heater that failed on a Saturday. LP was responsive and proactive, honest and punctual. Dealing with a home warranty company requires a lot of patience and time, and this company knows their stuff. I am appreciative of the office manager's knowledge and their efficency at jumping through all the hoops to replace my water heater in a reasonable amount of time.
