We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Jeffrey and his trainee Alfred yesterday! We had a back up in our laundry room at the washing machine and problems with our dishwasher not draining. They were able to handle both issues in a timely and efficient manner! They were both very extremely polite and friendly! Jeffrey took the time to fully explain every part of the jobs they were going to accomplish during the time they were here. He was also very conscientious about cleaning up and answering any and all of our questions! The service was excellent, and definitely feel confident we will use Roto-Rooter for all our plumbing needs! Thank you very much, Rick :)

They did a helluva great job in repairing our kitchen sink with clogged pipes. The plumber they sent in to repair our kitchen sink is a great person plus an informative and a smart person!

Roto Rooter was great. They came at a moments notice. When problems happen, there is never any warning. They came within two hours notice. Problem fixed! Armando the technician was very thorough and very professional. He explained everything that needed to be done and his follow up was awesome.
