“Great job, everyone! First of all, who still remembers to post a review 2 months later? This one… someone who still recognizes the excellent customer service at this location. I’ve put a lot of years into retail as a seller and in CS, and I don’t think I’ve ever been in a place as a customer where so many of the associates go above and beyond! The attention to detail, affability, patience, professionalism, humanity, and knowledge at this location are off the charts. I know America’s Best is a chain, but these people make it feel like a mom and pop—said in the best way possible. Michael is on it, and on it with a smile! He was very patient with me as he taught my 40yo self how to put in contact lenses. Dr. Huynh was personable, clear and precise. Jessica and Emily also know exactly how to balance being attentive on the job req side with also being easy to work with, and just genuine, good people. I’m stocked up on lenses, glasses, and sunglasses for now, but I really hope they’ll be there when I’m ready to renew my prescription. It’s so true what they say in sales… the people make it. You’ve got a loyal customer because of it.“

“Have gone to this place a couple of times for and my son and myself to fill out prescription glasses. Judy always super friendly. They are one of few places I've found who can get 1.74 high index lenses, and are OK with me bringing my own frames - which is important for me because I need frames with very small lens openings due to my high prescription. Today Judy was able to help me transfer my lenses to a new frame from my broken one. I'm so glad to have found this place...“

“The doctor is very nice and professional and the appointments are prompt. However, what brings me back here for the past 20 years was because of this one lady. My dad brought me here for an eye exam as a teenager. During that time, I had an incident were allergies were causing my eyes to itch to the point where I wanted to scratch them off. Due to whatever medical or financial restrictions that I couldn't remember, I could not get allergy eye drops from other places. However, I do remember that there was one lady from this store who was able to help me get the prescription needed when I needed it the most. I will forever remember that day as I have been coming back by myself after college and I have been back every year since for my annual eye exam. The lady who helped me still works here. Sometimes she remembers me, sometimes she doesn't or she is just too busy. I talked to her about my story once and she told me that she remembers the incident. But anyway, awesome store, good doctor, and amazing staff. I've gotten exams, glasses, and contacts throughout the years and have no complaints. Always busy with people in the store so they really don't need my review but it is another thing I wanted to do to repay their kindness.“

They gave us time to choose frames we like and after choosing the final frame, the staff went over insurance details and prices on upgrading with us. The staff is knowledgeable and advised us the pros/cons of the end result. The process was smooth and we were done within an hour. Plenty of parking spaces. Can't wait to pick up the frame!“

“I have been with 1234 eye care for approximately 7 months now. I waited writing this view until now because I wanted to truly test out and have Ortho K. The beginning process was very straightforward. The staff are amazing and bring you into their office and answer any questions you have. They do not try to get you to purchase Ortho K contacts. This office truly cares about the health and well being for your eyes. In my specific case I was curious about Ortho K, but I also was suffering from dry eyes. Dr. Woo and I agreed to try to remedy my dry eyes first, then begin the process of Ortho K. Month 1: When I came back for my consultation Dr. Woo explained the pros and cons of Orth K. As well as their staff. I was given a 2 week trial period to determine if I could sleep with the Ortho K contact lens. The staff reassured me if I was unable to or not happy with the results that i could return the lens and get a refund of all my money. With this reassurance in hand I put down my down payment and ordered my lens. For the beginning weeks of Ortho K you are given numbing drops to introduce the contact lens to your eyes. After sleeping with them for the first night I immediately saw a difference. Like magic my vision was better. How I tested to see the performance of the contact lens was I marked an X on my floor and attempted to read my clock for the time. Normally without glasses or contacts I can't read the numbers. From only one night with the contact lens the numbers on the clock were crisp and clear. Months 2-5: Now the way the payment/setup works is you decide which Ortho K plan you want. You can have one year of Ortho K check ups where basically every month you come back in and Dr. Woo checks your eyes to ensure they are doing good, or for a discount you can do two years. The pros/cons of the plans is one plan is cheaper than the other. I opted in for the two year plan and honestly I don't regret it. The staff and Dr. Woo take consistent measurements and tests on your eyes, so you can objectively see the difference in your eyesight. For me I went into 1234 Eye care with dry eyes and extremely blurry vision, to now having crips eyesight and my eyes don't itch any more. Month 6-Present: I have fallen into a good routine with my Ortho K lens and I can confidently say that I am happy with the results. You should be wearing your Ortho K lens every night before bed. However, if you're going to be some place where its not clean e.g. camping, or traveling with limited access to showers, then it's recommended to not wear your lens. In the month of July I went on a week long camping trip and did not bring my lens. My eyesight maintained its clarity for 5 days before it started going back to normal. I was very impressed that it lasted that long. TLDR: Ortho K lens do work as advertised and fix your vision almost immediately. If you're used to wearing contact lens and suffer from dry eyes you won't even notice the lens at night. The price is comparable to Lasix, however there are no surgical risks and it's very low stakes for you financially because of their trial period. You will be well taken care of at 1234 Eye Care.“
