“Second time going for eye checkup, doctor was nice and knowledgeable, she examined my eyes deeply, no rush. The problem was staff, she was nice until I told her I need to think about getting glasses today, and I come back later. She didn’t even gave my eye drops that doctor put it in my file. She wanted to get rid of me asap.“

I was very happy with my eye appointment - I got a more thorough exam than I've had in years, and I left confident that my eyes are healthy. The doctor also took time to explain all my options and make sure all my questions were answered. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I don't usually leave yelp reviews but I was so happy with the people and the service that I made an exception.“

They communicate through text messages and phone. It's amazing that they even open on Saturdays!“

“I've been coming here for years. When I started, I lived in the area but now I live about 30 minutes away. Although it's a little bit of a pain for me to drive over there, it's totally worth it! The people are very nice and helpful. The store is in a nice little spot and parking is fairly easy. Dr. Asmus is incredible and she always remembers who I am even though I come in every one or two years.“

“Update - have had great service with them recently and they were very accommodating during the trial period!

Very difficult to get an appointment scheduled. They need way more doctors on staff. Didn’t feel like my concerns about my prescription history were heard or considered. Prescription for trial period was off which required going back in for another check.“

“I was able to get a next day appointment with the person who helped me the last time I got glasses. Diem was so great the last time that I wanted to see her again. She is professional, friendly, and helpful. She said that she could not believe it had been two years since she last saw me, so I knew she checked my chart before the appointment. She said she noticed that I had a slight change but enough to get new glasses. She took her time and provided excellent service. Also, the reception person was very friendly. He immediately smiled when I approached his desk.“
