“My old tankless water heater died about 14 months ago and Keith installed a new Navien replacement unit. Keith did a fantastic job, working within a very tight space and adjusting plumbing fittings to work within the constraints. Two months later, the water heater stopped working. Keith responded immediately and noted that a manufacturing issue had been discovered that resulted in many units with bad control boards. In order to process a warranty claim, Keith was supposed to diagnose our bad unit, send it in, and order a replacement. To save time, Keith ordered a replacement at his risk and replaced the control board the next day.Now, 14 months later and I wanted to perform annual maintenance to descale the unit. The procedure I used on my old water heater did not work and once again Keith responded promptly and suggested a possible solution. Worked first try! “Across the 5+ decades of my experience of home ownership, I've had cause to hire a lot of people to install or fix something. Yesterday, Gabriel of E-fficient HVAC installed a new hot water heater for us and I'm delighted to share that this experience was one of the rare ones; it was entirely positive. First, when I was calling around to select a company to do the job, Gabriel was completely responsive and over the phone quoted us his flat rate for installing a 50-gallon heater. Every other company cited a range of cost and insisted on sending someone for an estimate. It was so much better and more efficient to be offered a flat cost without add-ons, upsells, conditions, estimates or haggling not to mention that Gabriel's quote was better than any of the others. “We had a part of our sewer main that was very old and in bad shape. I called Fito based on reviews and that it appeared they do heavier excavation work. Fito came out the same day to snake, scope, and diagnose. They confirmed what I suspected - that we needed portions of the sewer main replaced. He also found some other necessary spot repairs and quoted a reasonable price for the work. I asked when he could do it and he said "tomorrow". We'd been struggling to find plumbers to properly diagnose the problem let alone give us a quote to fix it. Fito's crew came the next day and efficiently did the bulk of the work. The day after that, they came and repaired the asphalt cut outs and even replaced concrete they'd had to break out that's under a permanent deck (i.e., not visible). When they were done, a gravel area they'd had to completely dig up looked like no excavation had been done. It looks perfect. Plumbing is working great since they came. So, by the third day after I'd called, major underground work was done and it looked like they'd never been there. If you have any plumbing work you need, especially heavier work that involves excavation, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fito.“

Other plumbers insisted on seeing it in person but with thumbs up plumbing I sent a picture and answered a few questions and that was that. “Yelp flagged ASAP Water Heater & Plumbing as closed which meant I would have to find another plumber. However, I can report that the business is definitely still open and also busy. Keith answered promptly when I called the main number today and we set up an appointment to have a problem with our tankless water heater. This post is mainly to state that the business is open and the reports of it being closed are incorrect. I will update the review after the service appointment. Keith did service our Navien tankless in 2015 and I found him to be professional and did qualify work. I wouldn't have called him back otherwise.“

“I've been using Carlos for all of my plumbing issues since moving into our house in 2011. Prior to moving in, Carlos ran a gas line from my meter to the kitchen. While here, he replaced a nonexistent air gap for the dishwasher, checked for leaks throughout the house, and even went into the crawlspace, where he found, and fixed a leak from the downstairs bathroom. He was the middle of three bids and I'm so glad I used him. He was only here for the gas line, for which he also got the permit, but offered to check out the whole house. He barely charged me for the leak repair and charged me nothing for the air gap (he happened to have one in his truck). I've used him to clear my main drain a couple of times and he's always reasonable, even at night or the weekend, and always does great work. He is also very personable and honest. I highly recommend Carlos for all your plumbing issues.“
