Aaron came out and took measurements, Chris was my go-to person for samples, scheduling and pricing and Jesus and his team worked seamlessly to get my new flooring in quickly. My house is on a concrete slab and I knew that there had to be some cracks. I also had 5 different types of flooring throughout my downstairs that they had to deal with. I did have some large cracks but they took care of them quickly and got new flooring installed within two days. I'm amazed at how beautiful it looks. It's such a huge difference. “Super responsive. We needed a runner installed on some wooden stairs that we had purchased on line and required putting two runners together with padding. It was clear via his specific questions that he was very knowledgeable (compared to others I was in communication with who only asked a few questions). He asked for photos, patiently responded to a variety of questions (even when it was an evening on a weekend) and was prompt, very clean, and did a great job. Very friendly and personable.
