The owner Mark stayed in touch with me routinely in terms of finding a time to fit us into their schedule. Jeff Perri did the work with an assistant and was knowledgeable, responsible, clear with explanations, and completely professional in terms of making sure that the job was done right. “Bojan's team completed and install for us last week of material we purchased from LL Flooring. This was the 3rd (and last :-) stage of hardwood flooring install for our house... and the 3rd install team.Wish we'd have found them earlier. They were far the best and most professional of the installers we've experienced. The quality was superior, the clean up and care with which they worked on-site was excellent... AND they completed the job early without any shortcuts.I can't recommend them enough“

“Super responsive. We needed a runner installed on some wooden stairs that we had purchased on line and required putting two runners together with padding. It was clear via his specific questions that he was very knowledgeable (compared to others I was in communication with who only asked a few questions). He asked for photos, patiently responded to a variety of questions (even when it was an evening on a weekend) and was prompt, very clean, and did a great job. Very friendly and personable. Quote was lower than others as well. Would definitely recommend.“

“I give the company an unequivocal 5 stars. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jonathan, his wife Eva, and their super team of technicians. They are highly skilled and paid close attention to the fine details to produce an excellent job. I recently moved into a beautiful house, which, however, had very uneven and sloping floors, which I did not detect upon inspection (nor was it disclosed). I have since learned that, due to the type of soil in Contra Costa County, this is quite common. Although friends advised that I would just get used to it, walking on the sloping floors began hurting my back and neck. When Jonathan came over to give me an estimate, his confidence that he could fix the issue of the uneven floors was very reassuring (he told me that he'd "seen worse"). This was in contrast to 2 other companies that I had previously approached for estimates, neither of which appeared to be interested in fixing the issue (which required leveling the floors; in fact, one never even sent over an estimate). Jonathan's team's work was impeccable, with great attention to detail, and the floors are now so much better, not to mention looking gorgeous. In addition, Jonathan was able to get me an even better deal on the flooring materials than the sale price that the supplier was offering the public, thus saving me additional money, and providing a price that I feel was very fair. Excellent experience, and I highly recommend Jonathan without reservation.“
