“I thought my vacuum head was broken and brought my Miele in after reading all the wonderful reviews. Paul tested the vacuum head, no issue. Apparently, I just forgot to plug one one of the cords in after the last vacuum bag change.

We chatted briefly about the various brands and I am glad I invested in a Miele. I picked up more vacuum bags to support this business as I am truly thankful for his help. If you are nervous about bringing in your vacuum cleaner for service, don't be. This place is solid and professional. They know their stuff.“
