Very helpful staff (almost too helpful). I brought my machine in and wanted them to have a look at it. The guy plugged it in, made sure it worked and told me what I had thought was wrong with it, that there was currently no problem, and saved me a repair fee. Bought some new bags for the machine, and went home very happy.
Top notch service at this location. I have an old Miele and they fixed it for me and gave me some maintenance suggestions for the future. Friendly and helpful and they don’t try to upsell you. Who could ask for anything more. Two thumbs up!
Really friendly service and am really happy to find the full range of Miele laundry detergent here, plus real European Persil and Perwool detergents. So happy not to have to order online but can instead support local.
