I am so impressed with the quality of service!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Everything from the communication to the organization to the people who answer the phone is smooth and easy. Especially the quality of work. I just took over as manager of a residential building in Vancouver and this company has made my job so much easier. Thanks for that! Roman helped us with our washing machine. He went above and beyond! He knew the issue almost immediately due to experience with our brand. Sourced parts from multiple locations so it was all fixed in a day. He made recommendations on how to avoid this in future. I would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
