Called, was given two speculations as source of problem. Was told they would charge another call out fee even tho they state a 30 day warranty. If a part is needed I understand needing to pay for it however when wires were cut prior to checking if part was in the Van stock I believe this should be under their satisfaction warranty. I am trusting once Ginny and I can connect this will be resolved amicably and satisfactorily and in a timely fashion.“
