I was very impressed with both Anita, who took my booking, provided the quote (for a septic pump out and the hourly rate for the labour for a float removal and installation) and Ryan, the tech who came to the site.Ryan clearly has loads of experience and it showed with this tricky pump out of a 1970's home. Access was a challenge as was the task itself. Ryan communicated well with his office when he realized my job was going to run long and that it would be impacting others who were booked after me that day.
