Had the furnace die on a Friday before the long weekend. Really appreciated their help scrambling to get a replacement part and a service tech out on short notice. Saved us from a chilly weekend

Excellent service. Technician replaced the fan quickly, cleaned the glass because it was dirty and provided some great maintenance suggestions. Well informed and clearly skilled.Took a long time for the service visit but not the company fault. If you live on the Island parts are nonexistent for everything. They did their best to get the parts shipped over
