Thunderbird Plumbing replaced my hot water tank with expertise & efficiency. They answered all my questions before, during & after which only added to my confidence in choosing them. Thank you Rebecca & Jenny in the office who were always considerate & knowledgeable. Thank you Justin & Andrew who expertly did the work on two different occasions & were so very nice.

I would highly recommend Thunderbird to anyone in need of an honest and straightforward company that does great work.These days good communication is the exception and I'm not sure I've ever worked with a company (in any capacity) that had such great communication.I knew how much I would be paying the day that I booked and (shocking these days) I was invoiced for that same amount!They sent me a photo of the person who would be coming to my home which was a peace of mind that I didn't even realize I was missing until I had it.I had been given a window of time to expect my plumber (pretty standard) and I received a phone call during that window to give me an ETA so I could...read full review

Thunderbird has my future business! They replaced our old hot water tank with a Rinnai tankless system. The team of Cole, Dave, Justin and Aaron did an excellent job! Courteous, professional and prompt installation of a highly rated product (Rinnai)... all while providing a level of customer service that's hard to find these days! The price was excellent, communications were responsive, informative and friendly... our experience was top notch!
