Even though they needed to order in a battery they didn’t ask for payment until the Mac battery was replaced and tested.Now in March 2023 the replacement battery failed and when I contacted Alex I was delighted to learn that the battery was covered by a 1 year warranty!A-Count On Us ordered in a new battery which was replaced and tested at no cost to us!Thanks for your great service !“
