He helped us resolve an incompatible video card issue, fixing our mouse issues as well as ensuring I can get my laptop to print to my computer all remotely. Very professionally well done and trustworthy too. No red flags. We are a family that does gaming and I am also a full-time university student so I cannot afford downtime or lots of precious time trying to get my computer issues fixed when they occur (which also seem to occur right around exam times too). “I would recommend this place. The service guy was amazing and friendly. we were working on our laptop screen that shattered (not sure why. I guess I was the one that was at fault or careless). It was fixed within 3-5 days. It took a while for the item or screen to arrive at his place so we understood. The screen was ok now! And no more problems at all!Also, we tried to fix the second monitor but he admitted he didn't have the capability to do so (our monitor is curve version so we understood ?). At the end he recommended that we go to places that provide this service. What a good guy!?“
