Great experience! Rohan was super helpful. I had a noise on my Mac and he confirmed my thoughts that it was the fan after diagnostics. Did refurbishing first to see and after tests the sound persisted so replace. It’s around 10 years old so made sense . Also let him know I needed for work and was very fast. Ordered part and did labour sooner then expected based on timeline estimate. Highly recommend ??

These guys went far above and beyond standard customer service. Probably the highest level of customer care I've ever seen, very impressive. I think these are my go-to guys for computer issues from now on. Excellent.

They fixed my broken screen in literally a day, whereas other places told me they need up to 3 days at least. Hopefully I don't break my laptop again but if I do, I will definitely be coming back!
