“I needed a new battery for my laptop which isn't sold directly by HP anymore. Edward gave me the best price and turnaround time in the area over the phone. He received the new battery the next day and popped it in while I waited. Turned out it was a faulty new battery but no problem, another battery from his supplier arrived the next day. I didn't need to leave my laptop there and the working new battery was installed quickly when I went by the next day. I was glad Edward had another battery on the way instantly with no stress for me. “When you receive outstanding service, it's important to recognize that. I use Techtone for IT security on my phone and computers. Recently there was a potentially malicious app that made its way onto my phone. Techtone became aware of it, notified me of its presence and the need to remove and set up a video call where I spent the better part of an hour with Dion who patiently went through all the steps necessary to get the app off my phone, then in addition to that helped me with a number of small issues I was having with my data storage which I also do through Techtone and some other irritating IT problems I was having trouble working out, by the end of the call every issue I had was resolved and I was left feeling relief that I have the support of a great company that I know I can count on. Well done guys.... Wholeheartedly recommend for anyone needing the IT services that Techtone provides.“

My screen was not turning on so I dropped it off at 10:30am and picked it up at 6:00pm with the problem solved. He charged me a reasonable price. This is a great option for any UBC student.“

“I can't recommend the Hackery enough. My laptop suddenly died and wouldn't turn on so I took it here. The guys here are legit with some big street credit and even look the part. You can tell just looking at them that they're going to get the job done! I got a call a few hours after dropping my laptop off to say that my hard-drive had failed and they'd do their best to get my data back but no guarantees. They did promise that I wouldn't be charged if they couldn't get it back. Unfortunately, they said due to a backlog it was going to be over two weeks to get the work done. I ended up getting a call within four days saying that not only were they just about done but they got all my data back! They gave me the quote again, went over everything, and then completed the work and I was able to pick it up within 24 hours. They've 100% got my business from now on.“

“Great service. My tower was smashed moving to BC, and the Tech was able to rebuild my computer with an additional Evo m.2 2Tb since the motherboard was damaged.
