I came to Sam twice for battery-related issues. The first time I came in I had to replace a laptop battery that would cause it to shut down automatically. Sam somehow managed to find a new battery with a much higher capacity that's compatible with an EIGHT YEAR OLD laptop. For the second time, I brought my mom's phone in because the battery could no longer carry a charge. My mom also gave me a second phone because she thought she could take the battery out of that one and place it in her phone. When I first contacted Optic PC I was upset about my laptop which was not working at all. Sam listened to my concerns and said he could help. Sam fixed my laptop quickly, price did not change from the initial quote and price was reasonable. I am very pleased and definitely would recommend Optic Pc.
