Their intuitive ability to zero in on the exact areas that needed help was spot on. They also did a great job of educating me on how to keep it from happening again. I’m 2009 I broke my ankle badly falling from a tree and in 2023 I finally found a treatment that significantly reduces the pain in my ankle that typically occurs after strenuous activity. Somehow, the Graston method of gently scraping at the soft tissue was the key to feeling better- and I could barely believe the improvement after only 3 treatments. “Wonderful experience. Brandi was so kind from the booking through to the ReBooking my next session. I was gifted my first session, opted for 30 minutes of Soaking-You go back and forth between a hot tub for 5 minutes and a cold plunge for 30 seconds. And a 30 minute Reflexology treatment, which involved a 30-minute foot massage while laying on an amethyst and rose quartz heated pad. Brandy gave me a tour upon arrival, explained the whole process, got me set up with a bathrobe and a towel plus a locally crafted herbal tea. My entire experience was lovely. I highly recommend this I'm going back again for a CBD massage and more soaking. They can accommodate couples and small groups for soaks and massages.“
