What a lovely staff, inviting and clean place. I really appreciated the hot tea option while waiting for my appointment. Alicia was kind, very attentive, and informative. She presented visual aids to show the flow of energy and where my blockages seem to be. The acupuncture and cupping felt wonderful. It’s only my first visit so I’ll return to see if the treatments work to resolve my pain. You won’t be disappointed with your experience and treatment here. The staff here are the best! Kelsey, the patient coordinator always greets us with positive energy and is always super helpful. I’ve only had a few appointments with Lin, but she’s amazing and she really takes the time to get to know you and your health history. As well as making you feel comfortable during your appointments and explaining everything in detail. Everything is super clean and they provide a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, my family and I highly recommend them!

Jade Star is fantastic. Providers actually take the time to do a thorough health assessment and gather a holistic understanding of patient needs. Treatment modalities are explained in detail and as a patient you feel like an informed collaborator in your treatment. Beyond the providers, the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
