Dr. Cook used the Graston technique on my leg and changed my life. I’m 2009 I broke my ankle badly falling from a tree and in 2023 I finally found a treatment that significantly reduces the pain in my ankle that typically occurs after strenuous activity. Somehow, the Graston method of gently scraping at the soft tissue was the key to feeling better- and I could barely believe the improvement after only 3 treatments. Dr. Cook is also very pleasant to chat with during our short sessions and made me feel very comfortable in her office. Thank you!

An unrivaled rejuvenator for this WFH/telecommuter’s weary spine! Dr. Cook has an incredibly tuned ability to pinpoint and treat areas in need of a jumpstart to realign. I find myself always able to better naturally stretch following my monthly sessions.My gratitude, Dr. Cook!

I tried Dr.Cook after having lower back pain living in AZ without a chiropractor for years. I get nervous going to new doctors but she made me feel very comfortable and listened to.
