“Service at the office itself is great. I've been going for several years now and the staff is always a great mix of professional and casual. There seems to be something wrong with how they handle prescriptions, though. Like I said, been going for several years and have never not had an issue. I would set up my control inhaler as a recurring prescription, but would always have to call into the pharmacy any way despite telling the team the issue on several visits. I just had a change of pharmacy and change of insurance. Confirmed the new location and insurance earlier this week just to call the pharmacy today to have them say that they've received no prescriptions for me.Great service when you're there from both the doctors and staff. I know the business of health insurance and prescriptions is complicated, but it's not "5 years of constant issues" complicated.“
