Scheduling a trip with family to Kenya, Africa. I used PassportHealth (Tempe, AZ) to get all of my vaccinations (6 of them). Nurse Rqcquel was so helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable of the policies, procedures, weather, what to pack, what to eat and drink, and what not to eat and drink in Kenya. So today was one of those hectic days where you find out at the last minute you need shot to travel the following day. After making the reservation this amazing nurse by the Name of Ruth really stepped up. Noticing an issue with my schedule and the timing Ruth reached out to assist me. Although it took several phone calls to actually chat, we finally did and wow, she was so helpful and kind. She rearranged my appointment to another location and really set things in motion for me.
