“It's refreshing to have met such kind, attentive staff and a knowledgeable doctor who actually cares about the patient's results. Any questions I had (a lot) were answered via text almost immediately and I was even able to schedule an appointment that very same day! Lisa was friendly and fantastic at drawing my blood, I didn't feel a thing. They even have Netflix in the private room while you wait! (There's also a TV and drinks in the waiting room) As for Dr. Northern, I seriously can't recommend him enough. Great guy with wonderful bedside manner, and good with a needle. He made the whole experience as comfortable and pleasant as it could be.“

“I can’t say enough good things… Rebecca LeGrett at the Gilbert location is fantastic. She gets to know each of her patients in a very down to earth way. She is very understanding and makes you feel comfortable. Also very good with communication and follows up regularly herself.As for Ark overall I have had a very good experience with the whole setup. Never had any issues with billing and they are very accommodating with scheduling. You can text message with the front desk or your provider. I HIGHLY recommend them if you don’t have insurance or have a high deductible plan. There should be more clinics with this business model!“
