“I have been to this location twice and both times it was easy to get a hold of someone on the phone and the front office staff and providers were kind and welcoming. I took my toddler here most recently when he was sick on Halloween. Knowing that he would be home sick and missing out on trick-or-treating, FNP-C Paula Piccoli was so sweet to give him a baggy and have all the nurses and staff line the hallway and handout candy to him on our way out the door so he wouldn't miss out on the fun. The kindest, most thoughtful gesture and he left with a big smile on his face. Thank you for your care!“

“I came here with two wound issues related to plastic surgery. The team here worked with me every week to heal up properly and make sure I didn’t get an infection. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, they really take the time to explain why you need to do what you do for treatment. I could not have gotten through all of this without them and have so much gratitude for the team!“

“They're very quick to get in. And very thorough diagnosis. The x-ray was a great experience. It's sent offsite via fiber and reviewed by 3 medical personnel. So it's seems like it's no longer just the doctor.“
“This location no longer does xrays. Swung in here to have pur daughter's esr looked at. You can easily book and appointment online and upload documents to make the process super speedy. If you walk in understand someone may have made an appointment ahead of time online. We came in the morning. Waited about 10 minutes. Saw the male PA. Super thorough and kind, yet got us in and out fast. I wouldn't mind going back if we had to in the future.“

“From a pre-visit on the phone, to my actual arrival, I was feeling comfortable and impressed with the interaction of the phone person, and the receptionist at the front desk...The place was somewhat busy, but Hey, it is an urgent care facility...The lobby was clean, and the staff on all levels were very friendly, and helpful, and outgoing...I was made to feel that my visit, and concerns, did matter to the staff...My questions were answered in an easy and uncomplicated way...I felt that my issues were addressed, and resolved in a timely manner...I will not hesitate to return to this particular Banner Urgent Care should the need arise in the future...Ms Sidney C.“

“We didn't make an appointment, but only ended up waiting about 30 minutes. Natalie, the NP, was so sweet and good with kids. Our rapid strep test came back fast with easy to follow directions for care.We will be back again!“
“service was great! super clean and for it being an urgent care they were pretty fast! i was hesitant to go to this location due to the reviews but they were all saying they had to wait a long time but what else do you expect from an urgent care. Definitely the cleanest and most friendliest place!“

“I really love the drs here and nurse practitioners. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't be seen here anymore. I have seen Dr Klevin for years and I really love Naomi. it can be tough sometimes getting an appointment in an emergency though. I like that I can do bloodwork here after my appointment.“
