“We have been here twice through this year with our child and I have to say that we do feel that this is a pretty good spot for a pediatric urgent care. The provider, both times, was very patient with us and addressed all our questions. She was able to provide some guidance and let us know in both situations about options we have and what to look for. We enjoy going to Allkids and appreciate them being open late and 7 days a week for any events that may come up.“

“I was extremely impressed with the staff here. Everyone was super kind and caring. The receptionist, the nurse, and the practitioner. I never felt talked down to, or that I was a burden to quickly shuffle through. The practitioner listened and asked me follow up questions. She advised me of what medications she thought would be most helpful, what side effects I might experience, and ASKED me which treatment I would be most comfortable with. I left feeling informed, cared for, and confident in my treatment plan. You're all top tier, ladies!“

“I went right when they opened on Sunday morning (8am, was there 7:55). I was the only one inside and I was seen around 8:25. Lots of paperwork and signing stuff, finally got back and was seen and left at 8:35. Not too bad from start to finish walk in 8:00-8:35. I threw my back out and wanted some advice and a prescription and they helped with both. Overall simple experience, main provider seemed caring and wanting to help, first nurse doing triage seemed rushed or irritated a little, but maybe she was having an off day. Wait is expected but I recommend going right in the morning if you can or scheduling an appointment.“

“Plenty of parking here. I didn't see any grocery stores, however they do have a few eating spots including a cake spot, a cafe, a lounge, and even a pizza place. Everything was relatively easy to find. They also have a huge reception hall. There were also a salon and nail place too so you can get your self-care in here. Not the most aesthetic plaza but overall well-maintained and clean.“
