From a pre-visit on the phone, to my actual arrival, I was feeling comfortable and impressed with the interaction of the phone person, and the receptionist at the front desk...The place was somewhat busy, but Hey, it is an urgent care facility...The lobby was clean, and the staff on all levels were very friendly, and helpful, and outgoing...I was made to feel that my visit, and concerns, did matter to the staff...My questions were answered in an easy and uncomplicated way...I felt that my issues were addressed, and resolved in a timely manner...I will not hesitate to return to this particular Banner Urgent Care should the need arise in the future...Ms Sidney C.

We are brand new to this area and we were very impressed at the care my daughter received for her burn! Glad we found an excellent urgent care for when we need it! Staff was very caring and kind to us! Highly recommend this urgent care if the need arises!
